In 2 Tbsp hot Oil fry 80% cooked 4 Potatoes till slightly golden.

In remaining hot Oil add 2 Cloves,1/2 tsp Cumin,a pinch Asafoetida, 1 Bayleaf,1 black Cardamom and 1/2 tsp Ginger paste.

Stir and after a minute add 3 dry red chillies, 1/2 Tsp each Kashmiri red chilli powder, Turmeric, Cumin powder and Fennel powder.Add 1/4 Tsp Ginger powder and Salt.

Roast the spices on low for a few seconds and then add 1 cup Curd.Stir till it comes to boil.

Add 2 cups Water, fried Potatoes, 1/4 Tsp each Cinnamon & green Cardamom powder.

Gravy when comes to boil, cover & cook till Potatoes get tender.

At last, add 1/2 Tsp of each Clarified butter and Garam masala.

Give a stir and serve.
