In 3 Tbsp smoked Mustard Oil add a pinch of Asafoetida, 3 Cloves, 1 broken Black Cardamom And 1/2 Tsp Cumin.Let crackle.

Add 1 Tsp chopped fresh Ginger and 700 gm chopped Spinach and 2 Tomatoes.

Pressure cook 5 minutes.

Now add 1/2 cup soaked Chickpea, 1 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder,1 Tsp Turmeric, 1/2 Tsp Coriander powder, 1/2 Tsp Fennel powder, 1/4 Tsp Ginger powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam masala, 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder & 3 dry red Chillies.

Sauté on low till Water dries.

Add 2 Cup Water and again pressure cook 5 minutes.

Mix 1 Tsp Kashmiri masala Tikki powder .Its Optional .

Boil for a minute and then switch off.

Serve with steamed Rice.
