In a mixer grinder add 1 cup of Khoya / Mawa and 1+1/2 cup Milk.

We will also add 1 cup Refined Flour.and 1/2 cup Semolina.

Next will go in 2 tbsp Curd

And1/2 tsp green Cardamom powder.t green Chillies.

Step

Blend into a smooth batter and drop it into a bowl.

Add and mix 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds.

Step

Keep covered aside for about 30 minutes.

Now in a vessel add 1 cup Sugar and 1/2 cup Water.

Step

Make 1 thread Sugar syrup.

Step

Add 1 tsp Lemon juice and a few threads of Saffron to the Sugar syrup.juice.

Fry the Malpua in medium hot Ghee till golden.

Step

Keep dipped in warm Sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes.

Take out, serve warm with sliced Almonds & Pistachio.
