In 2 Tbsp hot Oil add 1/2 Tsp each Cumin and Carom.

After few seconds add 1 Onion and 1/2 Tsp Ginger paste.Saute till golden.

Add 2 Tbsp chopped Carrot and 2-3 chopped Chillies.

After some time add 1/2 Cup Cabbage, Salt, 2 Tbsp Capsicum.

Add 1/2 Tsp each Garam masala & Mango powder.1 Tsp Coriander chutney, 1 Tbsp dry Fenugreek & 1/4 Tsp Chilli powder.

Mix and cook till veggies get tender.

Make soft dough using about 1 cup Water with less than 1/2 Tsp Salt & 2 Tbsp Oil added to the 1+1/2 cup of flour.

Keep the dough covered about 15 minutes.

Divide the dough in equal portions & roll it in a roti placing the stuffing .Then seal it on 3 sides.

Roast adding some Ghee or Oil on both sides till brown spots and crisp.

Place some butter on top and serve with pickle or Curd.
