Jaggery Atta Ladoo

Add 1/2 cup of Semolina to Kadai.

Roast 1 minute.

Add 1+1/2 cup whole wheat flour.

Roast on low-medium 10 minutes till aromatic

Add 1 cup  melted clarified butter.

Roast ifor 5 minutes over low to medium heat.

Before switch off add mix 1 tsp crushed green Cardamom seeds.

Spread the mix in a plate,

Add dry fruits, 1/2 tsp green Cardamom powder & 3/4 cup Jaggery powder. Mix

Make Ladoo when still warm.
