Add the rice to the pressure cooker with 3 cups of Water.

Pressure cook the rice for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, in about 1 Tbsp of Clarified butter sauté some chopped Dry fruits of your choice.

After the pressure settles down, open the pressure cooker and mash the soggy soft rice.

Next add 1 Litre of Milk,sautéed dry fruits,3/4 cup Sugar,1/2 Tsp green Cardamom powder, and well mix.

After the milk starts boiling, keep it boiling for a minute and then switch it off.
