Break Bael. Scoop out the pulp of the bael and put it in a bowl. Add cold water.
Squeeze out all the juice from the pulp. Strain it and separate the waste material.
Later, you can add lemon juice, black salt, chaat masala, and a little mint for taste.
Here, we have used dried mint. You can add or subtract the consistency of the juice as per your taste.
There is no need to add sugar to it. It is naturally sweet.
Just mix it and taste it. If you like the taste, then serve it in glasses.
