Ingredients:- ( Serves 25 )

  • 2 cups Refined flour / Maida OR Atta / Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt / Namak
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar / Pesci chini
  • 160 ml Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter / Makhan ( Optional )
  • Oil or Butter to brush

Method:-

  1. In a bowl first adding all the dry ingredients mix.
  2. Bring the dry flour together with fresh cream .Don’t  knead.
  3. Wrap the dough ball in a cling film and let it set for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide dough in two equal parts.Keep one of the part wrapped aside.
  5. Spread and fold the dough 4-5 times to creat crisp layers.
  6. Finally roll it out into a half centimetres thick sheet.
  7. With a pizza cutter or knife make four sides equal and cut the sheet into 12 square cream cracker size biscuits.
  8. Pierce the biscuit using a fork to avoid puffing.
  9. Place over a baking tray.
  10. Brush with Olive Oil or Butter.
  11. Bake at 180°C  for 10-12 minutes or until done.
  12. Cool over a rack and enjoy.

Tips :-

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature
