Bread paratha is an innovative way to make your breakfast different and delicious without a sandwich maker.
Ingredients:- ( Serve 5)
- 2 Potatoes / Aloo
- 1 inch Ginger / Adrakh
- 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder / Amchoor
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder / Zeera
- 1/2 tsp Carom / Ajwain
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek / Kasoori methi
- 10 Bread slices
- 5 tbsp shredded Cheese
- Butter
Method:-
- Use fresh and soft bread slices.Cut edges of bread slices.
- Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
- Grate and mash the Potatoes Mixing all the above ingredients except butter and cheese.
- Put the made filling over a bread slice,add some shredded cheese and top with another slice of bread.
- Seal the bread slices by applying water over the edges.
- Roast and flip adding butter till your bread paratha gets golden crispy.
