Bread paratha

Bread paratha is an innovative way to make your breakfast different and delicious without a sandwich maker.

Ingredients:-  ( Serve 5)

  • 2 Potatoes / Aloo
  • 1 inch Ginger / Adrakh
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Dry mango powder / Amchoor
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder / Zeera
  • 1/2 tsp Carom / Ajwain
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek / Kasoori methi
  • 10 Bread slices
  • 5 tbsp shredded Cheese
  • Butter


  1. Use fresh and soft bread slices.Cut edges of bread slices.
  2. Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin.
  3. Grate and mash the Potatoes Mixing all the above ingredients except butter and cheese.
  4. Put the made filling over a bread slice,add some shredded cheese and top with another slice of bread.
  5. Seal the bread slices by applying water over the edges.
  6. Roast and flip adding butter till your bread paratha gets golden crispy.
