You must have all eaten lasagna but now in this recipe we will make a combination of sandwich and lasagna with Bread of your choice.This s quick instant lasagna without lasagna sheets.

Ingredients:-

FILLING

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onion
  • 1/2 cup French beans
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 100 gm Cottage cheese / Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed herb or Oregano

SAUCE

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper / Kali mirch
  • Salt to taste

12 BREAD SLICES

MOZZARELLAS CHEESE

Method:-

  1. Sauté Onions till translucent and then add French beans.
  2. Sauté for couple of minutes and then add salt along with cabbage.
  3. Continue sauting over high till cabbage settles down.
  4. Add Garlic paste,sweet corn,carrot,chilli paste and cottage cheese.
  5. Keep on sauting till the veggies get dry if not tender.
  6. Put off adding mixed herb.
  7. Now for making sauce sauté onion in oil till translucent.
  8. Add tomato sauce,salt,pepper,pizza seasoning and mayonnaise.
  9. Give it a boil adding couple of tablespoons of water if required.Then remade from gas stove.
  10. Grease a Baking dish.
  11. Arrange bread slices.Apply made sauce,then sprinkle veggies.Spread cheese.
  12. Repeat the eleventh step again.
  13. Bake at 200°C for 15-20 min.
  14. Cut & serve.
