Make your pav bread or dinner roll without using yeast in a very easy quick and simple way.

Ingredients:-  ( Serves 6-8 )

  • 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
  • 2 tbsp Oil or Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt / Namak
  • 1 tsp Sugar / Chini
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Fruit salt / ENO
  • 1 tbsp Milk + 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4-3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1-2 tbsp Butter to brush

Method :-

  1. In a bowl combine flour,Salt,Baking powder,Sugar and Curd together.
  2. Add ENO.
  3. Now adding Water little at a time make a soft & sticky dough.
  4. Dropping the dough over kitchen counter stretch and knead the dough till it well combines into a soft unstick ball.
  5. Incorporate Oil in the dough.
  6. Make equal size balks from the dough and place them in baking tray.
  7. Brush with sugar milk mix.And then keep covered for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake at 200°C for 35-40 min.
  9. Brush with Butter and keep covered with damp cloth till it cools and then serve.

Tips :-

  • From 2 cup flour separate 2 tablespoon asid3 for dusting.
  • We have used here 6×6 inch baking tray.
  • Bake on gas stove over medium for 25-30 min.
