Make your pav bread or dinner roll without using yeast in a very easy quick and simple way.
Ingredients:-Â ( Serves 6-8 )
- 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
- 2 tbsp Oil or Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt / Namak
- 1 tsp Sugar / Chini
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Fruit salt / ENO
- 1 tbsp Milk + 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4-3/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1-2 tbsp Butter to brush
Method :-
- In a bowl combine flour,Salt,Baking powder,Sugar and Curd together.
- Add ENO.
- Now adding Water little at a time make a soft & sticky dough.
- Dropping the dough over kitchen counter stretch and knead the dough till it well combines into a soft unstick ball.
- Incorporate Oil in the dough.
- Make equal size balks from the dough and place them in baking tray.
- Brush with sugar milk mix.And then keep covered for 15 minutes.
- Bake at 200°C for 35-40 min.
- Brush with Butter and keep covered with damp cloth till it cools and then serve.
Tips :-
- From 2 cup flour separate 2 tablespoon asid3 for dusting.
- We have used here 6×6 inch baking tray.
- Bake on gas stove over medium for 25-30 min.
