Bread parcels are quick snack recipe that can subside your pizza curb 👌

Ingredients:-  ( Serves 8 )


  • 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
  • 1 tsp Salt / Namak
  • 1 tsp Sugar / Chini
  • 1 tsp Dry instant yeast
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or Garlic paste / Lasan
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup warm Water / Pani


  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 5-6 chopped Garlic / Lasan
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum / Shimla mirch
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds / Shahi zeera
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder / Lal mirch
  • 1/2 cup Tomato purée / Tamatar puree
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric / Haldi
  • Salt to taste / Namak
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder / Zeera
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / Dhaniya
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar / Sirkha
  • 100 gm Cottage cheese / Paneer
  • 2 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herbs

Method :-

  1. In flour mix Salt and Garlic powder.Now make a space in between the flour and drop Sugar and Yeast.
  2. Pour warm Water over it mix and then knead a soft dough.Stretch and knead the dough for about 5 minutes for the proper release of gluten.
  3. Incorporate Butter in the dough.
  4. Keep the dough in a greased bowl covered with a plastic wrap or cling film to prove in warm place for about an hour.
  5. In hot Butter add chopped Garlic, roast till aromatic or changes colour.
  6. Add Capsicum,sauté on medium till the water dries.
  7. Add Caraway seeds and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  8. Roast over low for 1-2 seconds.
  9. Add Tomato purée and continue cooking over low because we don’t want water to get dried.
  10. Now add all the spices,Vinegar and mix.
  11. Add Cottage cheese and coat the pieces gently with masala.
  12. Put off the stove and mix Mayonnaise and cream cheese.

Tips :-

  • Instead of Garlic powder you can use Garlic paste.
  • To avoid Butter use Olive oil.
  • You can replace cream cheese with Cheddar cheese.
  • If you don’t have yeast add half teaspoon baking powder and half teaspoon baking soda.
  • For baking instead of brushing Butter brush a mix of Sugar and Milk to get that golden crust.
  • Cover with a damp cloth for 2 minutes after baking.
