Oat Coconut Biscuits

Make your healthy oat cookie biscuits more flavourful with coconut and have them any time of day.

Ingredients :- ( Serves 60 )

  • 2 cup Oat flour
  • 2 cup Refined flour / Maida
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup vegetable oil or Butter or Margarine
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla


  1. Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk all the wet ingredients together to get a thick batter .
  3. Add and mix bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients to form a dough.
  4. Divide the dough in two equal parts and wrap it in a cling film.
  5. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
  6. Take out an hour before from fridge and roll it out in half centimetre thick sheet.
  7. Cut in square biscuit shape and make a design of your choice over it using a tool.
  8. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 min.
  9. Take out cool and store.
