Who doesn’t love eating Bhel.This Sweet corn bhel specially I tried it in Bangalore is a poppy street food there and is mouth watering chatpata.Lets make this easy bhel chaat recipe at home hygiene.

Ingredients 🙁 Serves 2 )

  • 4 cup Water approx
  • 2 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Dry Ginger powder / Saunth
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon / Dalchini
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper / Kali mirch
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala namak
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Mixed herb
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 -3 tbsp Sev / Bhujiya

Method:-

  1. In Water add 1/2 tsp Salt and let it boil.
  2. After Water starts boiling put off your stove and add to it Sweet corn.
  3. Keep Sweet corn in Water for 2 min and then strain out.Let it cool down.
  4. In a bowl add half teaspoon Salt and all the other spices along with Garlic paste, finely chopped Onion,Lemon juice,Tomato ketchup,shredded Cheese,Oil and Coriander leaves.Mix
  5. Then mix Sev bhujiya.
  6. Take out in a serving bowl sprinkling some more Sev over it.

Tips :-

  • You can use any type of Sev like Aloo Sev or Besan Sev.
