Who doesn’t love eating Bhel.This Sweet corn bhel specially I tried it in Bangalore is a poppy street food there and is mouth watering chatpata.Lets make this easy bhel chaat recipe at home hygiene.
Ingredients 🙁 Serves 2 )
- 4 cup Water approx
- 2 cup Sweet Corn
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 Dry Ginger powder / Saunth
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon / Dalchini
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper / Kali mirch
- 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala namak
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Mixed herb
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Cheese
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 -3 tbsp Sev / Bhujiya
Method:-
- In Water add 1/2 tsp Salt and let it boil.
- After Water starts boiling put off your stove and add to it Sweet corn.
- Keep Sweet corn in Water for 2 min and then strain out.Let it cool down.
- In a bowl add half teaspoon Salt and all the other spices along with Garlic paste, finely chopped Onion,Lemon juice,Tomato ketchup,shredded Cheese,Oil and Coriander leaves.Mix
- Then mix Sev bhujiya.
- Take out in a serving bowl sprinkling some more Sev over it.
Tips :-
- You can use any type of Sev like Aloo Sev or Besan Sev.
