Dry Fruity Tutti Cupcakes

A very easy to make cupcake with your choice of fruit pieces to add flavour along with colour.

Ingredients:- ( Serves 15 )

  • 50 gm Cherries
  • 50 gm Raisins / Kishmish
  • 50 gm Apricot
  • 2 cup APF / Maida
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar / Castor Sugar
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Half pinch or drop of Yellow food colour

Method:-

  1. Cut Dry fruits in small pieces.
  2. Sift and mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Take another bowl and in this add all the wet ingredients.
  4. Now slowly keep on mixing the bowl of dry ingredients in wet ingredients to form cake batter.
  5. After batter gets ready mix and fold chopped dry fruits keeping some aside for topping.
  6. Add food colour.
  7. Pour the batter 3/4th in greased muffin cups.
  8. Bake at high power in microwave for 4-5 min or at 180°C in convection or Oven for 15-20 min.

Tips :-

  • You can also use Tutti Fruitty pieces.
  • For serving you can line silicons muffin cups with paper cups.
  • Being temperature of every oven different,bake till toothpick comes out clean.
