This easy and simple to make veg snack recipe which is very healthy as it can be made with lots of vegetable mix and is shallow fried.If you like you can even bake it.
Ingredients :- ( Serves 12 )
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup chopped French beans
- 1 cup chopped Carrot
- 1 cup chopped Potatoes
- 1 inch Ginger
- Green.chillies as per taste
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup green Coriander
- 4 tbsp Corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Dry Mango powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 3 Bread slices
- 1 cup Rice flakes
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
Method:-
- Grind all the veggies and in it add Corn flour,Salt,Mango powder,1 tablespoon Oil,crumbled bread slices and Pepper.
- Mix and form a dough.
- Take a open pan heat couple of teaspoons of Oil.
- Making croquettes of the made mixture dough coat it with Rice flakes.
- And now shallow fry these croquettes or veg kababs in Oil over medium heat.
- Take out when golden brownish and crisp.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
