सर्दी मे कम किमत मे मिलने वाले धनिया का गर्मी मे कैसे करे सही उपयोग- Coriander Chutney

Dhania chutney or Coriander ,its also known as Cilantro in some places. A green chutney or sauce is made out of it adding few other ingredients.Its a very popular Indian chutney that goes very well with any kind of savory snack.It can be stored in freezer for months for long storage as Coriander is not easily available In summers.


  • 2 Cup Coriander leaves / Dhania
  • 1-2 Green Chillies
  • I Big Onion
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1” Ginger
  • Water
  • Lemon juice


  1. IGrind all the ingredients together adding a tablespoon of water if required while grinding.
  2. Squeeze half lemon in it.
  3. Serve with any snack.


  • To store for longer period ,freeze it.
