Chilled Mango shake a childhood favourite summer drink, very healthy and very refreshing.

Ingredients:- ( Serves 3 glasses ))

  • 3 Mediums sweet Mangoes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Some ice cubes

Method:-

  1. In a mixer blender add chopped Mangoes,chilled Milk,Sugar and ice cubes.
  2. Blend for a minute till foamy and thick.
  3. Serve chilled.

Tips:-

  • Mangoes should be ripe,sweet and without fibre.
  • Top it with whipped cream basil leaves or even cherries.
