Chilled Mango shake a childhood favourite summer drink, very healthy and very refreshing.
Ingredients:- ( Serves 3 glasses ))
- 3 Mediums sweet Mangoes
- 2 cups Milk
- Sugar as per taste
- Some ice cubes
Method:-
- In a mixer blender add chopped Mangoes,chilled Milk,Sugar and ice cubes.
- Blend for a minute till foamy and thick.
- Serve chilled.
Tips:-
- Mangoes should be ripe,sweet and without fibre.
- Top it with whipped cream basil leaves or even cherries.
