Make this instant easy simple but still tasty snack.
Ingredients:- ( Serving 12 )
- 1/2 cup Rice flakes / Poha
- Salt to raste
- 1 big Potato / Aloo
- 80 gm Cottage cheese / Paneer
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric / Haldi
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Chilli paste / Hari mirch or as per taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander / Dhaniya
- Oil to fry
- Water as per required
Method :-
- In a mixing bowl add mashed boiled Aloo,mashed Paneer,Salt,Haldi,Chaat masala,Garam masala,Chilli paste and finely chopped fresh Coriander.
- Mix all the ingredient together adding Poha which needs to be grinded into a flour.
- This will now turn into a dough.If the dough does not come together or feels dry add few drops of Water to make it moist.
- Cover and keep to rest 30 min.
- Take small portions of the dough press and make it sift un your hand and then roll it into small sticks or say fingers.
- Fry in hot Oil over low to medium heat till crisp golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
