Ingredients
  

  • 1 Big Bael
  • 1 Lemon
  • Black salt / Kala namakp
  • Chaat masalap
  • Mint /;Pudina
  • Honey or Jaggery Optional

Instructions
 

  • Break Bael. Scoop out the pulp of the bael and put it in a bowl. Add cold water.
  • Squeeze out all the juice from the pulp. Strain it and separate the waste material.
  • Later, you can add lemon juice, black salt, chaat masala, and a little mint for taste.
  • Here, we have used dried mint. You can add or subtract the consistency of the juice as per your taste.
  • There is no need to add sugar to it. It is naturally sweet.
  • Just mix it and taste it. If you like the taste, then serve it in glasses.
