A simple easy cake made in 5 minutes for kids.

Ingredients :- 

  • 1 Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp powdered Sugar / Castor Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Semolina / Suji
  • 1/2 tbsp Refined flour / Maida
  • 1/2 cup mixed Dry fruits
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda


  1. With a masher mash Banana.To this then add Oil,Vanilla,Sugar.
  2. Well mix & blend everything nicely like a smooth paste and then add milk.
  3. Now add Suji along with Maida.
  4. Mix well to form thick cake batter.
  5. Then add a mix of dry fruits like chopped cashew,Almond and Raisins.
  6. Add and mix baking powder & baking soda.
  7. Pour in a silicon or ceramic mould.
  8. Garnish with Dry fruits and bake on microwave high power for just 5 minutes,it will be ready.

Tips :-

  • To bake in convection or oven bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
