Khoya even called as Mawa is a very essential ingredient of most Indian sweet.Its not easily available locally and when we do get it after a lot of search,we are not sure about its purity.So here we will make our own homemade Khoya / Mawa instantly without boiling and evaporating a large amount of full fat milk.

Ingredients:- ( Makes 370 GMs )

  • 1 cup any type of Milk
  • 4 tbsp Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 2 cup Milk powder

Method:-

  1. Mix all the four ingredients,put on the stove and cook it on medium flame till it starts leaving sides.
  2. Put off stove and let it to cool down.
  3. You can store in zip lock bag in freezer section of refrigerator for about 6 months.
