Khoya even called as Mawa is a very essential ingredient of most Indian sweet.Its not easily available locally and when we do get it after a lot of search,we are not sure about its purity.So here we will make our own homemade Khoya / Mawa instantly without boiling and evaporating a large amount of full fat milk.
Ingredients:- ( Makes 370 GMs )
- 1 cup any type of Milk
- 4 tbsp Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 2 cup Milk powder
Method:-
- Mix all the four ingredients,put on the stove and cook it on medium flame till it starts leaving sides.
- Put off stove and let it to cool down.
- You can store in zip lock bag in freezer section of refrigerator for about 6 months.
