Make delicious Dominos fresh cheesy Garlic stuffed bread in your own kitchen within no time.
Ingredients:-Â ( Serve 1)
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour / Atta
- 1/2 cup Refined flour / Maida
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder / Lasan
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder / Pyaaz
- 1/4 tsp Tomato powder / Tamatar
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder / Lal mirch
- 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala namak
- A pinch Ginger powder / Adrakh ( Optional )
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
OR
Instead of all these above mentioned spices you can add 2 tsp Peri-Peri Masala ( You may require more )
- 1/4 tsp Salt / Namak
- 1 tsp powdered Sugar / Chini
- 1/3 tsp Dry instant yeast
- 115 ml 75% hot Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander/ Dhaniya
OR Parsley
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste / Lasan
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes / Kuti sukhi lal mirch (You may require more )
- 1 cube processed cheese
- 100gm Mozzarella cheese
- Some boiled Sweet corn
- Some thinly sliced capsicum/ shimla mirch
Method :-
- Combine wheat and Refined flour.
- Add all the spices and salt.
- Make a space in between drop yeast and Sugar.
- Add Water over it and mix.
- Now adding Water little at a time knead a soft dough.
- Stretch and knead dough for about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate Oil and cover the dough and keep to rest in a warm place for 2 hours.
- Punch down the dough and knead it again for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread into 1/2 inch thick roti.
- Apply a spread of mix using Butter,Garlic,Chilli flakes and Coriander all over the roti. .Keep couple if teaspoons aside.
- Drop processed cheese,Mozzarella cheese,sweet corn and Capsicum on one half of the side.
- Sprinkle masala,chilli flakes,Coriander leaves as per your choice.
- Apply water on the edges of roti and close.
- Make not so deep cuts at a distance of one inch on it.
- Apply the remaining Butter spread and sprinkle masala with chilli flakes on it as much as per your choice.
- Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut serve warm cutting sections.
Tips :-
- Instead of Sweet corn and Capsicum you can add anything of your choice.
- Over gas stove Oven bake at medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
