Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Rice / Chawal
  • 2 Cup Water / Pani
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric / Haldi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp Ghee or smoked Mustard Oil / Sarso

Instructions
 

  • We have taken 1 cup of Govind Bhog rice. After washing it 2-3 times, add 2 cups of water to it.
  • Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Microwave it for 15-20 minutes on high power.
  • After 10-15 minutes, when it cools down, add and mix 2-3 tsp of desi ghee.
  • Add salt as per taste. Serve it with red gravy. It tastes amazing.
