A healthy chaat of fruits and nuts with some added spices to make it tempting.Add seasonal fruits and nuts of your choice.

Ingredients :- ( Serves 2 )

  • 2 Apples / Saab
  • 1 Guava / Amrud
  • 1 Pear / Nashpati
  • 2 Banana / Kala
  • 2 tbsp Walnut / Akhrot
  • 1 tbsp Raisins / Kishmish
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala namak
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Pepper / Kali mirch
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

Method:-

  1. Chop fruits in cubes.
  2. Sprinkle and add above mentioned ingredients.

Tips :-

  • Wash fruits and keep them soaked in vinegar soda water for about 15 minutes to eliminate influence of pesticides to some extent.
  • Soak Raisins for about 15 minutes before adding it.
