A healthy chaat of fruits and nuts with some added spices to make it tempting.Add seasonal fruits and nuts of your choice.
Ingredients :- ( Serves 2 )
- 2 Apples / Saab
- 1 Guava / Amrud
- 1 Pear / Nashpati
- 2 Banana / Kala
- 2 tbsp Walnut / Akhrot
- 1 tbsp Raisins / Kishmish
- 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala namak
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Pepper / Kali mirch
- 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
Method:-
- Chop fruits in cubes.
- Sprinkle and add above mentioned ingredients.
Tips :-
- Wash fruits and keep them soaked in vinegar soda water for about 15 minutes to eliminate influence of pesticides to some extent.
- Soak Raisins for about 15 minutes before adding it.
