Sooji Nariyal ke burfi

This sooji Burfi is a healthy mithai recipe which surprisingly tastes awesome. For making this Suji/Rava recipe we have tried not to use too many ingredients, to make it quick and simple. You need not to make any sugar syrup for this Burfi or otherwise you can also make it with Jaggery./Gud for a more healthy version .Avoid over roasting the semolina/Suji otherwise the Burfi may turn out to be hard and dry. You can add food colour or Saffron/kesar to this Suji Burfi to give it a nice colour and flavour. For flavouring and to compensate for the use of ghee you can also add Coconut/Nariyal as we have done here.
