Recipe authentic kashmiri tehari Yellow rice with ghee or mustard
Kashmiri Yellow Tehar Rice Ingredients and Preparation
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rice / Chawal
- 2 Cup Water / Pani
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric / Haldi
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp Ghee or smoked Mustard Oil / Sarso
Instructions
- We have taken 1 cup of Govind Bhog rice. After washing it 2-3 times, add 2 cups of water to it.
- Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Microwave it for 15-20 minutes on high power.
- After 10-15 minutes, when it cools down, add and mix 2-3 tsp of desi ghee.
- Add salt as per taste. Serve it with red gravy. It tastes amazing.
