Recipe Indian style egg cheese vegetable omelette

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic paste / Lasan
- 1 Onion / Pyaz
- 1 Tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Chilli flakes or paste
- Some cheese
- ¼ Tsp Pepper / Kalu mirch
- ¼ Tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Heat the oil or butter first.
- Add garlic paste. After 2-4 seconds, add finely chopped onions.
- Saute the onions for a while until they turn pinkish.
- After that, add thinly chopped cabbage,also add salt so that the cabbage softens quickly.
- Once the color of the cabbage starts to change, add finely chopped tomatoes and chili flakes.
- After Tomatoes turn soft add eggs.
- Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on them. Then add cheese on top.
- Sprinkling a little oregano, now cover it and keep it on a low flame for about 5-7 minutes.
- Cut and serve veg cheese egg omlette pizza with bread or paratha.
